We have many resources (exemplar units, lessons, demonstrations of instruction, etc.) for ELA due to the great work of our Striving Reader grant team. K-12 resources are already available on the Comprehensive Reading Solutions website.
Part of that site is called “Bookworms”—it is a series of exemplar literature-based units and lessons. The authors of that webpage, Dr. Mike McKenna and Dr. Sharon Walpole, are conducting revisions right now to adjust to the new Standards and the site will be made available again on July 31. All of these resources are also being tagged to Standards and topics and migrated into the TRL so they are readily searchable for all Georgia teachers.
