Online Modules for GPS Training

The Kennesaw State University Educational Technology Center developed online modules to supplement the face-to-face GPS training provided by the Georgia Department of Education. These modules are a great resource for schools and districts to use as they roll out GPS training for their teachers. Since these modules are online, they can greatly reduce the amount of time teachers are pulled out of the classroom to attend training.

The following modules for content specific training use the Desire2Learn (D2L) platform and require a nominal fee* to access these modules:

      - ELA K-3 - Physical Science 9-12
      - ELA 4-8 - Life Science 9-12
      - ELA 9-12 - Math K-2
      - Science 3-5 - Math 6
      - Science 6-7 - Math 7
*For more information on these modules, visit the Kennesaw State University ETC Online GPS Modules site.

The following modules for content area specific training use the Moodle platform and are FREE* to access:

      - Social Studies 6-12 (U.S. and World History)
      - Science K-2
      - Science 8
      - Math 3-5
      - Math 8
*For more information on these modules, visit the Kennesaw State University ETC Online GPS Modules site.
